Hidden away for ultimate privacy yet just a 2-minute walk from the beach, you’ll feel worlds apart while being right in the middle of it all. The Space: Step inside and be wowed by the high ceilings, airy open spaces, and floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the home with natural light and cool sea breezes. As you step through the front door, you’re immediately greeted by a stylish, open-plan living space that seamlessly blends comfort with innovation. The polished concrete floors and sleek furnishings set the tone for this modern yet artistic retreat. The practical kitchen contains high-end, high-tech appliances that make meal prep a breeze. The bedroom configurations are as follows: Bedroom one (master bedroom): The master bedroom features a queen bed, a ceiling fan, smart wardrobe storage, and a designated work space, blending comfort with functionality for a serene yet practical retreat. Bedroom 2 and 3: These two compact yet functional bedrooms are perfect for kids, featuring a small desk and a sliding door for added privacy. Despite its size, it’s a cosy, well-designed space that offers both comfort and seclusion. Each of the two rooms feature a top and bottom bunk bed, sleeping up to 2 people. Bathroom 1: Large shower, vanity and toilet. Outside, your private, lush backyard oasis awaits! The Neighborhood: This home is located in the heart of Moffat Beach, with local cafes, restaurants and coffee shops on your doorstep, the famous Moffat Beach surf break is only 2-mins away, and the nearby Sunshine Coast walkway which connects seamlessly to Kings Beach, Happy Valley, Dicky Beach and Currimundi. Cycle or walk anywhere. Getting Around: Park your car/s in the private garage and walk everywhere! There is a nearby bus service, as well as rideshare services and you can access all major attractions by vehicle. There is plenty to see within walking distance from the home as well. Other Things to Note: \*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings \*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) \*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm.
