### L'Écrin Strasbourgeois - T3 avec grande terrasse

We offer this charming 93 m² apartment with wifi for rent in Strasbourg, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- 30 m² living room with TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.  
\- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bathroom with shower and bath  
\- Separate WC

\- A terrace to enjoy the sunny days  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Strasbourg, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are within easy reach.
