This duplex property has 2 levels, level 1 has the bedroom and a sofa with seaview terrace whilst the second comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a living AREA with TV. Also access to a beautiful terrace with VIEWS + Furniture. The area comes with all amenities at a walking distance making it perfect for short and long stays. WIFI and AC included. WIFI, Air-conditioning and Internet TV available. Kitchen| Fully equipped, good size and all utensils and anything you would require to fix a good proper meal. Duplex APARTMENT| The apartment has duplex system, 1st floor you will find the bedroom and a comfortable sofa with a balcony ! On the second floor, the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and also a massive sofa with smart TV. \- Also access to a private, large terrace with outdoor furniture, all are SEAFRONT. Bedrooms| 1 king sized bed, sofa is available for +2 guests. Bathrooms| 1 bathroom Linens| We love having a good night sleep, we offer full linens of the highest quality for our beds. We also provide 2 towels each, for each one of our guest. Laundry Room| Washer and Dryer available in the block. Free of charge, detergents not included. 24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve. Convenience shops and other amenities shop are all at a walking distance from the apartment, making it perfect for both short and long term. Very important notes before booking: 1\. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro) 2\. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. 3\. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) 4\. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 5\. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand. 6\. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. 7\. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights) \- Shower gels \- Liquid Soap \- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) \- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage \- Garbage bags \- Linens for the bed \- 2 Towels per person 8\. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking. 9\. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.
