The Canon Hill Cottage
- Enjoy a stress-free stay in this peaceful South Hill neighborhood! Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Spokane and the medical district. A beautiful park is just half a block away, and outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby bluff with miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Inside, you’ll find 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. Step outside to a spacious, fenced backyard, the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the fresh air.
Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. This is a family oriented building. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet. If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit. Smoking is NOT allowed at this property.
