She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. I further want all to know that even though the place is supposed to be smoke free it really isn’t as a person can smoke in an outdoor door space outside the bedroom. All smoke odors permeate the bedroom pillows and covers. The place does not provide any tea or coffee as an amenity. The shower head leaks from above. A great place to stay whilst working in Southampton on business. There are pubs, restaurants and a Sainsbury’s located in walking distance. The flat is clean and comfortable. Great rainfall shower and modern kitchen. The guests in the flat above were quite noisy which made it difficult to nod off, but this isn’t the fault of the flat. The kitchen is a great relief and means you can cook your own food instead of eating out all the time - note it’s not as fully equipped as some so you may need to improvise.
