Extremely easy to locate the hotel using the postcode given. We arrived in Skipton rather early and parked in the long stay car park round the back which is £8.10 for 9 hours but free from 6pm- 9am. There is free parking on the side road next to the hotel if you're lucky enough to secure a space. We had a lovely walk round Skipton centre - it's full of independent shops selling gifts, coffee, cakes and fish to name but a few. Great to see also lots of little pubs and banks/ building societies still going strong. We were able to check in earlier than 3pm and our room ( number 2) was absolutely perfect for our overnight comfort. Our curry cruise that evening was super but it was surpassed by the amazing full english breakfast at The Railway. We look forward to our next visit to Skipton and another stay in this lovely inn. Thankyou ❤️

Everything was perfect, shown to our room that was spotlessly clean, well maintained and had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, fresh milk in a cooling jug was brought straight from the fridge for our coffee in the morning. The staff were extremely helpful. The cooked breakfast in the morning was delicious. Everything was perfect for our stay and would definitely use again. Thank you x

The bedroom and en-suite were very clean and welcoming. The staff from checking in to checking out were warm, polite and professional. The breakfasts and evening meals were exceptional and value for money. No complaints whatsoever and would definitely stay again next time we are in Skipton.

Ideal location, kind and accommodating people, room had all the essentials (tea, cozy bed, bathroom) at such a great price. Included breakfast was solid and hearty. I recommend emailing if you need to check in early. Nearby open late Tescos offered many food/etc options.

Fantastic location - a 5 minute walk from the railway station. Minutes walk to Skipton Town Centre. I have had a wonderful ×3 nights stay at The Railway Inn. Highly recommend. Lovely friendly staff, I felt very welcome -which is much appreciated as a solo traveller. Lovely warm, spotlessly clean ensuite room @number 3. Delicious home cooked food! Thankyou!
