Noise detector:The apartment is equipped with a noise detector that measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Any attempt to disable it or exceed the permitted noise level may result in a fine ranging from €50 to €250.





Smoking:

Not allowed inside the apartment (€50–€250 fine).





Pets:

Pets under 10 kg are allowed upon request (€20 fee).





Towels:

Bath towels must not be used for the beach. Otherwise, €12 per item will be charged.
