Escape to this delightful house in picturesque Silverton. This is a brand new house built in 2024 that has 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 2 queen beds (one queen is a murphy bed in the loft). This cozy retreat offers a tremendous open living room with 2 story views of Kendall mountain and the Animas river. Enjoy the convenience of walking into downtown Silverton, or skiing right from the house over to Kendall mountain recreational area. We know that you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

Lovely house at an amazing location! I have climbed and skied Kendall from several different places in Silverton, but this one has to be the best for skiing 3800 vertical feet door to door.

House was one of the most well stocked homes I’ve used through VRBO. Kitchen had everything we needed. Check in was seamless and property management was Johnny on the spot! House was literally 20 feet from the river and a 5 min walk to Kendall Mtn ski lift and ice skating.

This is a beautiful new house in Silverton. It is very comfortable and well appointed with all modern and new furnishing and kitchen tools. It has radiant floor heating throughout that keeps those house very cozy. The property managers were fantastic and easy to communicate with about check-in and check out. Also, if you have a dirtbike, snow machine, or other OHV, the garage is a perfect place to prep the motos/gear before the ride and drink a beer after the ride!

One of the best houses and views in Silverton. Our family enjoyed games every night and the kids loved playing in the river and us being able to watch them from the patio. Sat outside listening to the river and the beautiful views of the mountain. Left the windows open at night and was even able to hear the river at night. House had every amenity you could think of. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided as well as anything you needed to cook. We enjoyed nightly walks and walking into town for dinner. Perfect house with perfect location and unbeatable views. My family will definitely be back. Thank you.

This is the place!

Very welcoming place and the hosts were great! I wasn’t sure what to expect when we arrived, but we were blown away! Beautiful inside, Beautiful scenery right by the river. This is probably the nicest property in the city! Don’t hesitate to stay here, you won’t regret it!

There for daughter’s wedding

Property was a nice retreat for our son’s family with infant daughter. We loved sitting outside next to the stream especially at night watching the stars. Lots of kitchen amenities, spices, extras for cooking meals.

Not sure where to start. The house was magnificent! Extremely neat and clean. The photos on VRBO website were exactly how the house looks. Many hours went into the design of the house. Very well equipped. The views from the numerous large windows were breathtaking.

Spring Break

Absolutely the best! We enjoyed the game playing table, we played games every night. We grilled on the grill outside and enjoyed the wonderful views of Silverton. It was fun and relaxing. Everyone had plenty of room. We hope to come again.

Silverton family trip

the house was amazing. Couldn’t beat the view of the mountains and the river right out the back door. The house is super well kept. The beds were super comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. Everything was exactly as listed. We would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful Spot on the River

We had a great stay on Karen's place in Silverton. The house is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Both inside and out will give you great views of the San Juan mountains. Its a quick 5 minute walk to town as well.
