The area cozy, and the view of the mountains from the condo itself is breathtaking when the skies are clear. Everything was clean, organized, and spacious. The construction made navigating the parking lot a little complicated but this was told to us ahead of time. I wish that the covered parking had a little more space but there were extra parking spaces around we could use as well. It was only about a 5 or 10 minute drive Frisco and 15 or 20 minute drive to Breckenridge thanks to how close it is to the highway.
