When we arrived after 5pm to check in, the property had garbage in the front yard, and a car in the driveway. Also, there is no carport. We contacted the host to tell him that we were not going to stay and requested a refund. He refused to refund any of the two weeks' rent, service fees, or cleaning fees. I'm sure that if it had been rented for a month he would have kept all of that. A night or two charge for inconvenience would be more reasonable for a cancellation, if the property was as described. ##### David R.
