« The listing and photos were accurate in terms of layout, but overall the home felt quite dated and didn’t provide a comfortable stay. The biggest issue was arriving to a house with no heat on—the indoor temperature was about 6°C and it took roughly three hours to warm up, which made for a very poor first impression. The beds also need updating, as they were quite uncomfortable. Another concern was that the property was advertised as a full house, but there was someone living in a basement...

« This cottage was absolutely magical, once of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The cottage itself was very warm and clean and cozy, and the land around it was stunning and so quiet and peaceful. We saw seals and an otter! I do wish there were clear written instructions for the fireplace and hot tub(we couldn't figure out how to turn it on), but other than that it was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend and hope to return! »
