Majestic Springs Lodge is your premier vacation destination. This 3 bed All KING BEDS ! 3.5 bath cabin takes your dreams and makes them a reality. One of the few cabins that allows pets, you can enjoy a day outside on the grill lounging around with a furry friend on the deck - giving you both unforgettable memories of an amazing view. Pop upstairs for a fun time at the game room with our pool table and arcade games, sink into your personal hot tub or private indoor heated Salt water swimming pool, (Fountain is for looks Only). or just spend the day lounging around the house with the full kitchen living rooms and super comfortable bedrooms! Of course, if you want to go out Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are just a few minutes away and filled with many sights that will round out your dream vacation experience.

Since Vrbo keeps insisting that I write a review about a cabin I never stayed at, sure, here you go. I did in fact make a reservation for this cabin, but several weeks later I was informed by the property management company that the owner spent a large amount of money on renovations, and no longer accepts pets. (This was a top amenity we were needing). There could have been many solutions that the owner or the property management company could have offered, but my options were 1. cancel the reservation for a refund, or 2. not bring our dog. I opted to cancel the reservation and was refunded the money I was required to pay up front for the cabin. I never received a refund for the Vrbo booking fee, which is ridiculously high by the way, even after several calls and attempts at explaining the situation. There is still an open dispute with my credit card company for the fee. This is not at all an opinion-driven review. These are facts.

amenities and experience. Showers leaking on speakers in the movie room from upstairs bathroom. Shower leaking in pool house from main shower in the main level bathroom. Tub would not drain in master bath (Thankfully we did not fill up). Hot tub jets do not work. door in pool house gets stuck - make sure you have a phone on you if you shut the door or you may be stuck down there until someone notices. Owner came out and told us to use the showers anyways... i did not as fear of causing damage to cabin that I would be responsible for. also was dripping on electronics, not a good idea. Short in master bedroom lights and outdoor fireplace area on main level. I have asked for a full refund as there was only 2 king beds *Not three* only one shower was usable and 2 tubs* I will update if I receive a refund but will never book this cabin again.

Nice Place

Wish the fireplaces worked, it was cold during our stay. Arcade games didn't work, toilet seat broken in one of the bathrooms, front door wouldn't lock and big TV in entertainment room did not work. Still enjoyed our stay though.

Once Only Visit

There were several issues with this home. Some can easily be taken care of while others might take longer. 1. We could not light the fireplace in the main living area. Found charcoal in among the ceramic logs that were in the fireplace when we got there. 2. While there was hot water in the kitchen and showers the water in the bath tubs would come out hot but cool off extremely quick. Could not fill the bottom of the tub before the water got cold. 3. Clothes dryer takes exceptionally long to dry towels or think clothes like jeans. 4. The light under the microwave did not work. 5. The dishwasher needs a new rack to hold dishes. Tongs of washer are rusted off and have not been replaced in quite some time. 6. The toilet in the upper left bathroom (as you face the front door) continually runs unless you turn off the water at the commode itself. You then have to turn it on again to flush the toilet. 7. There was a ladder left on the back deck of the main house. 8. The outside grill was filthy. Had to really clean it before using. While we dealt with the above issues, the view from the back of the house was spectacular. The house is deep among the mountains and a little difficult to find. We will not be booking this again.

Family and pets from ohio

We loved the beautiful property and the fall views from the balcony. It is prefect for the grandkids in the indoor pool and movie room. You will need to bring favorite DVDs. The pups loved the yard to run and play. The adults loved the hot tub and the pool and the pool table. There is so much to offer all ages. Thanks for the memories….

Family Weekend

Our family stayed for a long weekend to and the cabin was perfect for all of us! My granddaughters absolutely loved the pool, media room and game room! The property manager made the check in/check out process so easy. We will definitely be booking here again!

Family vacation

Wow! What an experience for all of us we all had our own space to do our own thing and plenty of shared space to come together as a family. The kids loved the pool and arcade most of all . The adults very much enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and relaxing in the hot tub. The theater is so cozy. 10/10 would recommend. Certainly can’t wait to visit again !!

The cabin itself was very nice and as advertised. The indoor pool was a great December treat. I was disappointed at the lack of supplies though. For a cabin that sleeps 8 we were only left 2 dishwasher tabs, no extra trash bags, and no spare pillows or blankets for the pullout sofa. To be fair that may have been in some small print in the agreement but we’ve stayed at plenty of cabins and typically don’t have that issue.
