Fire up the gas BBQ grill on the main deck, or head to the lower deck to unwind in the hot tub surrounded by nature. The lower level entertainment area features a game room — perfect for evening hangouts. With parking for 3 vehicles, multiple gathering spaces, and all the comforts of home, Pappa Bear Splash is your ideal mountain retreat. Main Level: The main level features the Kitchen, Living Room, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom and a Deck. The Living Room features a couch for 3, 2 comfy chairs, a Roku TV and deck access. The Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and there is a dining room table for 6. The 1st Bedroom has a king bed, HDTV, deck access and easy access to the shared full bathroom. The shared bathroom features a tiled shower/tub combo. The deck features patio furniture with a gas fireplace and gas grill. Upper Level: The second level of this cabin features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a deck. The cabin was beautiful as the pictures showed. It had an indoor pool and a hot tub. I rented it for my family to enjoy for the weekend. During the day we enjoyed Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. At night we couldn't enjoy the pool, game room, or the hot tub due to the downstairs having no power,(which was to be the highlight of the trip!!!) I called the emergency line with NO RESPONCE!!! I asked the management for a partial refund and my 2 day total cost was over 1400 dollars and they gave me an unreasonable 250 dollars off!!! I could've rented a nicer cabin for less without the disappointment on my children's faces!!! I understand things happen in businesses like this but right is right and wrong is wrong!!! If they would have given 350 which i thought was fair and made it right, This review WOULD NOT BE NECCESSARY!!! They made DAD look like a DUD to his kids after raving about this place on the way down!!! I WILL NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! Thank you Eric Vaughn ##### Eric v.
