  • Location: The house is located in "Ripa" in the municipality of Seravezza. This cosy flat is on the ground floor of a detached house. The location is ideal for reaching shops and restaurants on foot. The sandy beach of Forte dei Marmi is only 5 km away. You can reach the sea in 10 minutes by car. A well-kept and private garden with garden furniture is at guests' disposal. Table, benches, parasol and barbecue area. Patio with mosquito net.
    Facilities: The living area is approx. 50 m²: living room with small kitchen, double bedroom with bunk bed (The top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years of age), a connecting room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower. The garden is completely private: the car park is on the property and the gate with automatic gate opening. Wifi available.

    To be paid on site: Deposit not optional €200. Final cleaning not optional €70. Bed linen and towels optional €10 per person. Electricity, gas, water not optional €15 per person per week. Heating optional €5 per day (based on consumption). Pet optional €25 per week.

Zuerst: der angegebene Preis vor der Buchung war nicht der Endgültige Preis. Es kamen noch über 100 dazu.Der Vermieter verlangte außerdem noch eine Kaution.Die Einrichtung ist alt, das Bett eine Katastrophe, ich konnte vor Schmerzen kaum schlafen. An den Wänden hängen jede Menge Jesus- und Marienbilder, Kann man ja im privaten Bereich machen, aber für eine Ferienwohnung finde ich das unangebracht.Toilettenpapier war keins vorhanden, mußten wir uns selbst kaufen.Für Babys ungeeignet, für größere Kinder ok, jedoch ist das Stockbett nicht ausreichend gesichert, keiner der Jungs hat oben geschlafen.Strand ist nah und direkt gegenüber ist eine gute Gelateria. Allgemein OK, habe aber für den Preis schon besseres gesehen.
