Beds were very comfy & even though we were on a moderately busy street we didn’t hear any road noise. The University district is a nice neighborhood with cute cafes & coffee shops, lots of restaurants to choose from. The duplex is an outstanding property. Clean, spacious, quiet, great neighborhood. We met the owners and they were very kind and wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed.
