Clean, spacious, quiet, great neighborhood. We met the owners and they were very kind and wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy & even though we were on a moderately busy street we didn’t hear any road noise. The University district is a nice neighborhood with cute cafes & coffee shops, lots of restaurants to choose from.
