With 3BR, 2BA, & over 2,300 sq ft of living space across two stories, this inviting retreat offers everything you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. Peek-a-boo water views, cozy indoor spaces, & serene outdoor amenities including a hammock, make this the perfect Seattle getaway.

The Space:  
  
Start your day with coffee on the deck as the sun rises over Lake Washington, then settle into the cozy upstairs living room for a movie night on the 50” TV. Cook up something special in the kitchen and gather for a meal with water views in the formal dining room. Two serene bedrooms with queen beds and workspaces offer comfort for both rest and productivity. Head downstairs to a spacious family room perfect for game nights or quiet lounging, complete with a second 50” TV. The third bedroom features a plush king bed and dedicated desk, while the ¾ bathroom and laundry room add ease to longer stays.

Guests have full access to the home, except for one room downstairs and the garage, which are reserved for owner use. Street parking is readily available.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
Experience the best of South Seattle with local favorites just minutes away. Grab coffee at Both Ways Café (3 minutes, 0.1 mile), stock up at Noah’s Grocery (9 minutes, 0.4 miles), and enjoy meals at Pizzuto’s (17 minutes, 0.7 miles), La Medusa (26 minutes, 1.1 miles), or Geraldine’s Counter (27 minutes, 1.2 miles). Stay active at JunHong’s Kung Fu Club (1 minute, 0.1 mile), explore Stone Soup Gardens (10 minutes, 0.4 miles), or visit Genesee Dog Park (9 minutes, 0.4 miles). On select weekends, enjoy car-free biking and walking during “Bicycle Weekends” on Lake Washington Boulevard (4 minutes, 2 miles).

This South Seattle home offers easy access to the entire city. Downtown, Capitol Hill, and Sea-Tac Airport are all about 20 minutes away by car. The nearby light rail station and several bus routes make commuting simple without needing a vehicle. With Lake Washington just a block away and parks, cafés, and walking trails close by, getting around is convenient whether you're driving, biking, or taking transit.

1\. This home was built in the 1940s and retains its original architecture and charm.You may notice some creaks, drafts, or other quirks typical of a well-aged home—these are part of its unique character.  
  
2\. As with many older homes, a subtle “old house” scent may be present.  
  
3\. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only.  
  
4\. Please note that the hot tub and BBQ on the back deck are not available for guest use.  
  
5\. There is no central air conditioning; fans are provided during warmer months for your comfort.  
  
6\. There are an exterior camera and a few interior sensors for temprature, flood and motion.
