Found a gem! This place has it all: clean, safe, convenient, excellent accommodations, great food, and the best customer service. It’s a Hacienda that maintains some of its original features all over the property. I love their pasillo cultural that shows the history of some important people in Sayula as well as the beautiful decoration! Will definitely stay here again!

I would go back again

Excellent Stay!!
This is our second time staying here and once again, it was fantastic! The staff are so nice and friendly. The room and gardens are lovely. We had dinner at the restaurant and was delicious.

Great Location and Friendly Staff, Great Spa.
Last minute reservation, for two people one double bed, but instead I got two single beds. I was really annoyed by this and the hotel couldn't solve it. Staff was really friendly and the hotel condition is really good, nice and cozy. Pool was not heated. The spa service is really good. Ask for Maricarmen.

Impressive hotel and city!
Our first time in this area was enjoyable. Unable to find a local map showing interesting things to see and the information booth was not open in the central plaza. We were moved to a different room on the 2nd night and the bed was made up oddly with a blanket under the top sheet! Really wanted to partake of the brunch on Sunday morning but we had a bus to catch earlier than the starting time.

Sayula Mexico trip.
The hotel is very nice, is like stepping back in time to the 1800's, the personnel is very nice and helpful, is like staying in a hacienda , the restaurant is very clean and the food is traditional and tasty. The beds an the lighting in the rooms are not the best. Hoe ever a do recommend this place. Ernesto , Campbell Ca.

El cuarto y el hotel en general siempre muy limpio, muy agradable la estancia. El unico pero que le pondria es que la alberca no esta climatizada, pero fuera de eso todo fue excelente!

La habitación 9 me tocó muy bien,cambiaron a la siguiente y 8y no me gustó la tele y almoadas y colchón duro s,menos cosas, por lo demás bien , usamos alberca un poco sucia,luego la limpio ☹️se puede mejorar

Mejora del restaurante....
Todo bien, es muy cómodo si vas a realizar masajes estar en el mismo lugar y no tan lejos de tu habitación, solo el servicio del restaurante tienen que mejor mucho puesto que el mesero se le olvida las cosas, comida guisada con marisco (soy alérgica) y hechada a perder. OJO
