The furnishings were chosen by us personally, always keen to ensure a high quality standard and at the same time to set up a cozy and modern apartment in which we would feel comfortable. Lots of light and stylish maritime furnishings create a pleasant holiday atmosphere. The apartment has a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, on which an extra bed for the 3rd and 4th Person can be done. From the living room you can enjoy the fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. We also opted for a fireplace that offers cozy warmth and relaxation after a long walk on cold days. The spacious shower room is of high quality tiled and has underfloor heating. In addition to the entrance area and the fully equipped kitchen (incl. Nespresso coffee machine) 4 vacationers place to eat. The spacious balcony is made for cozy barbecues. The spacious bedroom is another highlight. Het was brandschoon en comfortabel. Ok het zitje boven op het balkon was heerlijk later op de middag in de zon. Sie ist liebevoll und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstrasse von Sassnitz. dennoch nur 5 Minuten zu Bäcker und Metzger, 10 Minuten zum Hafen. Ideal auch der Fahrradständer unter der Treppe. Alle nötigen Küchenutensilien waren vorhanden. Im Obergeschoss sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub in Sassnitz und waren von der Wohnung begeistert. Es ist genau so, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Im Bett ließ es sich hervorragend schlafen dank der hochwertigen Matratzen.An der Einrichtung haben wir absolut nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Hafen od. in die Altstadt. Als uns dann noch der Wintereinbruch (Anfang April) überraschte konnten wir es uns am Kamin gemütlich machen. Schon von den Bildern her fanden wir die Wohnung äußerst stilvoll eingerichtet, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgebern während des Buchungshergangs verlief prompt und sympathisch. Die Insidertips, nach denen wir gefragt und die wir bekommen haben, erwiesen sich allesamt als sehenswert. Die Wohnung selbst macht es einem leicht, abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Der gemütliche Wohnraum mit Kamin, in dem das ein oder andere heimelige Feuer flackerte während unseres Aufenthalts im nasskalten Oktober, die wohnliche Küche, die nicht nur mit dem Nötigsten, sondern auch dem Nützlichen ausgestattet ist, bewegte sogar meinen kulinarisch eher reaktiven Partner dazu, den Kochlöffel zu schwingen. Ein Highlight ist definitiv der Blick vom stillen Örtchen, der direkt auf die Ostsee ist, spektakulärer Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Alles in allem eine Ferienwohnung der gehobenen Kategorie, in der man sich wie zuhause fühlt. Wir kommen sicher wieder! ##### Luisa G. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung genau so vorzufinden, wie sie beschrieben war.
