The home is new and nicely appointed! Mattresses and pillows and bedding were all comfortable. We had five adults in the house for three days and so the ONE bathroom is a bit inadequate for the number of people who can be housed there. Must have a car because this house is in a new suburb and not walkable to attractions or restaurants. But there is a service area nearby with grocery, pharmacy, fast food that is really handy if you have a car. Overall nice stay - and good value for the money. Thanks.

A great place to escape while renos were being done. Host sends check in information the morning of check in, as a Vrbo newbie I did reach out. Hot water went out Wednesday morning, the host replied right away, took about 4 hours to get it back after notifying.

Lovely Home, Some Water Issues

The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable—really a great space to relax in. Unfortunately, we had issues with the water during our stay, including no hot water and it being turned off at one point. Communication with the owner was okay, though sometimes slow or unresponsive. Overall, we loved the home itself, but the water situation was a drawback.

This property should not be listed on VRBO. Dishwasher was full of dishes, bed sheets were NOT washed with soap, there was NO soap for dishes, no garbage bags, no dishwashing soap, no paper towels, no dish towel or dish cloth. When we reached out to the owner she sent a guy with a rag for dish cloth and an old dishcloth! There is no cable or Netflix so basically no tv! When we told owner we wanted our money back she send two people to our door who identified themselves and the owner of cleaning company. They disclosed that the owner would not give them soap and asked to show us. We walked downstairs and they opened the doors to washer and dryer and pointed to the empty bag of tide pods (dollar store) and said it has been empty for weeks. I asked so what do your cleaners use to wash with and they stated “water”. Disgusting. The owner agreed to give us back and told us the cleaners didn’t show up. Not true. They showed up, removed garbage and made 2 of the 3 beds, cleared counters and loaded the dishwasher but were unable to clean due to not having cleaning supplies. Owner agreed to VRBO returning our money so we could find a hotel. Really too bad as the house is beautiful just not clean.

Property was great for the 3 of us but not fully stocked. There was no toilet paper, only one facecloth, no dish towels or dish rags. We mentioned this and got toilet paper within the hour but not the other things. Beds were comfortable, nice deck to sit outside, nice kitchen.

Could have been a five star

Tha AC quit working the second day. I sent a message to landlord but didn’t get a response. We had no hot water the second evening. We called the landlord in the morning and they sent someone out within 20 min to reset the hot water tank. But we were all ready to leave before we got hot water. Had the AC and hot water not been an issue, this would have been 5 star all the way.

Had Some Issues…But Still Nice

This is the first time we have stayed at a rental that did not give us any check-in instructions before our check-in. It was very upsetting not knowing if we would actually have somewhere to stay after our drive to the city. Apparently, these instructions were held back as they were waiting for me to contact them, when in reality I had submitted 3 to 4 inquiries days before with no answer from them.Upon arrival into the home we were left with no toilet paper as described would be provided in the listing and a few dirty towels left in the bathroom and bedroom. There was also a load of dirty laundry left in the washer, which I washed for them so we could have hand towels to use.We also had concerns that people were coming in and out of a side door of the house/garage while we were there. It was quite an odd stay and we have never experienced anything like it before. On the other hand, the accommodations suited us just fine for what we required. We just had no hot water in the house for the last night and day of our stay, which was very disappointing since it was a chilly weekend and cold showers had to be taken.

The house was wonderful, we had 5 in their 70-88 and the dining furniture was difficult for the older ones to utilize as it was the modern higher stools. The deck was great as was the back yard. The area was very quiet and the house was easy to find. Highly recommend for a younger group

Fine stay

The property was clean and well-suited to our needs. We found the price very reasonable. A few essentials were missing, such as extra soap and toilet paper, as well as kitchen towels, but we didn't spend a lot of time there other than sleeping so we managed. Host was responsive and helpful when we had problems with the lock.

Will stay again!

This house was perfect for our stay. Beautiful 3 bedroom, in a new, safe and quiet neighborhood surrounded by amazing walking paths and close to groceries store, shops and restaurants. The host was extremely attentive and answered questions promptly. Highly recommend, we will definitely be booking again!
