We are located right on the beachfront; just cross the street to enjoy the beach! The apartment has one bedroom (suite) with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed. In addition, you can enjoy a delightful balcony overlooking the sea, perfect for watching the sunset while sipping a cold beer.

We provide bed linens for a double bed and towels for 2 guests. For stays of up to 6 nights, we do not exchange linens. For stays longer than 7 nights, please request a change 48 hours in advance from the host. For 3 or 4 guests, you will need to bring double-size sheets for the sofa bed (preferably without elastic) and single-size sheets for the mattress. Remember to bring bath and face towels for all guests, as well as beach towels and sarongs to enjoy the sun!

The American-style kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric cooktop, pots and pans, and basic utensils, ideal for preparing small meals. We also have a microwave, mini-fridge, and sandwich maker.

The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, facing the sea. You will have 24-hour concierge service, easy check-in with the reception staff, as well as a swimming pool and gym. The complex also has a self-service laundry facility, available for an additional fee (Bubble Box Santos).

Guests will have access to all the building's leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and gym. They can also enjoy the beach facilities of Clube XV, which offers a large tent with tables, chairs and bar service on weekends.

We recognize that your pet is part of the family! We accept 1 small pet per rental, provided it knows how to relieve itself in an appropriate place. The presence of a pet incurs an additional charge, so don't forget to include it in the number of guests.

It is important to emphasize that, when bringing their pet, the guest assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to the furniture, especially regarding the cleaning of upholstery and carpets, with a cost of up to R$300.00. This measure aims to ensure a pleasant environment for all our visitors.
