Created by a desiner, the apartment is inspired by the element of stone because almost in front of the sea it enjoys an exceptional view of the Santo Domingo caribeño sun. Vented, bright and cool, it is ideally located for visiting the whole city and easily reaching the Boca Chica beach.  
  
Ensanche Isabelita is a semi-exclusive neighborhood near the sea and all the main means of transport for any part of the city.  
The National Aquarium is just a 20-minute walk away.  
Just 5 minutes walk there is a large supermarket, inside there is a pharmacy, a cafeteria, clothes shops, telephone center and internet. Also present a mechanic.  
  
Public transportation to every part of the city is just 5 minutes walking.
