Allowed dogs, bring extra supplies
Our check in was at 3 and when we arrived on the property, it still had not been cleaned from the previous stay. The cleaning lady came while we were all trying to settle in, which made for a cramped space. Francois was great about communication and apologized for the inconvenience. It is a very old house that allows dogs so we were not expecting anything top notch but we ended up having to buy our own sponges, trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper which I was hoping would be provided or at least enough provided for the course of the stay. There is leaking from the ceiling in the back living room and none of the heaters except for the one in the front entrance work so we had to use the space heaters which then tripped the circuit multiple times. Again, it was not horrible given the location and the fact that dogs are allowed. Francois was easy to talk to. I would probably encourage bringing extra blankets, an extra space heater and your own kitchen supplies/toilet paper for your stay.
