Decor just a little dated, but bright and cheery - we actually enjoyed the vibe. AC worked great. Cons: Wireless disappointing for watching films in the evening. (They are working on upgrades) Poor cleaning. We found pots unwashed in the drawers and the floors needed more than the quick wet mop they seem to have gotten. Also the buildings stairs were never swept nor cleaned during our week and there were food and soda spills and bird poop. (I recommend having the stairs hosed off every few days.) ##### Shannon E. This time around it was a bit difficult trying to book a condo and with that said I am happy i got this one as the location was perfect for the price. I knew from the pictures on line that it was a bit dated, However this condo is in desperate need of a make over. Kitchen and bath go way back. I am not so picky about these things but this was the most well preserved 1990"s decor i have ever seen. All was very clean!!! with the exception of the coffee maker. ##### Aida V. I'm guessing this unit is a bit outdated in comparison to some, but it's just fine for a beach location. And the location is ideal...literally less than 30 seconds from the door to the beach. We found this condo to be very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you may need, the showers were hot, and the beds were comfortable. This condo is very close to the beach, which is beautiful. The complex overall is well maintained and the pool was great. Kids couldn't get enough of the pool! We also enjoyed the lenai with the ocean view. The only potential downside is that the AC in the unit did not seem very efficient at cooling and instructions stated not to lower the thermostat past 74 degrees which didn't help matters. ##### Adrienne L. We loved our unit with perfect views of the ocean from the balcony and the sunrise from the front glass door. Just 30 steps down the path, it was easy to stroll back and forth to the beach at sunrise, low tide, break for lunch, afternoon walk, sunset.... We found the most amazing shells.
