Terraced house located in a very quiet area of Salou. A few minutes' walk from the beautiful coves of Cap Salou and the beach of Racó de la Pineda.   
  
This beach is perfect for going with children. With fine but hard sand and practically no slope in the sea.   
  
In the surroundings, you will find all types of services and bus stops. You can easily move around the area and reach the centre of Salou or La Pineda in just a few minutes.   
  
It has a capacity for 8 people, is distributed over 2 floors and consists of:   
  
Bright living-dining room, with access to the garden terrace.   
  
Independent kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware and appliances, including dishwasher   
  
Master bedroom with double bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.   
  
Second bedroom with double bed.   
  
Two bedrooms with twin beds   
  
Bathroom with bathtub.   
  
Courtesy toilet.   
  
 Garage not available, but there is space to park the car on the ramp within the same property.   
  
 There is only one air conditioning split on the upper floor, in the distributor between the bedrooms.   
  
 Group bookings are not accepted. Exclusive for families.
