Les finitions sont basiques, tout comme les services proposés et les équipements. Nous réservons 15/20 nuitées par ans dans des 4/5 étoiles, et cet établissement ne les mérite vraiment pas! La réception n’est là que pour le paiement et les clés, l’équipement de l’appartement est basique (matelas de 7cm, draps troués…), la propreté est à revoir : nous avons retrouvé des bouteilles vides, médicaments et autres saletés sous les lits, et des miettes dans les placards. Nous avions pris plus grand (6 personnes pour 4) pour gagner en place et avoir la “vue mer”, mais la vue était plus que partielle (voir photo) puisque on ne pouvait l’apercevoir que depuis le balcon et la seconde chambre ressemble plus à un placard. Pour finir, nous n’avons pas utilisé les infrastructures de l’hôtel, piscine petite et très fréquentée, et chaque jour la réception devait recevoir les équipements de ping-pong, en vain. Précisons aussi, qu’il n’y a pas d’espace de jeu pour les enfants, qui se retrouvent dans l’espace centrale (en dalles mal posées) donc instable et bruyant et surtout interdit par la direction, c’est embêtant pour un établissement familial. Pour accéder à la plage, il suffit de traverser la route. Par contre plage assez petite et présence de rochers (et donc oursins) il faut donc des chaussures pour aller dans l’eau. Lors de notre séjour, il y a eu bcp de vagues qui ont ramené plein d’algues sur la plage. La petite plage située juste à côté n'est pas exceptionnelle mais pour une petite baignade c'est sympa. Un gros bémol: il n'y a pas de service hôtelier (ménage) même sur un séjour de 3 nuits. Par conséquent on se retrouve à devoir nettoyer intégralement l'appartement le jour du départ (sans aucun produit d'entretien) sous peine d'être prélevé d'un tarif exorbitant pour le forfait ménage. Beaucoup d'équipements et activités disponibles et petit local bien-être avec masseuse très pro et très gentille. La résidence est neuve donc encore propre et belle... à voir avec le temps et les différents passages de vacancier et autre résidents. La piscine extérieure est un peu petite eu égard au nombre d'appartements et la fréquentation de la piscine extérieure est trop importante. Le délestage sur la piscine intérieure ne peut se faire suffisamment pour plusieurs raisons : c'est en intérieur donc pour les estivaliers, c'est bien pour la nage, la fraîcheur de l'eau et le bain à remous, mais n'a pas le charme de l'extérieur (transats, parasols, soleil, chaleur..). Il n'y a pas assez de parasols sur les terrasses (piscine et solarium). La salle de sport et les machines sont accessibles très facilement et des enfants viennent sans être accompagnés d'adultes (non respect du règlement intérieur) et des adultes viennent en maillot mouillé, etc. Bref, le problème ne vient pas de la résidence mais du civisme des résidents et du non respect du règlement intérieur : bruits de voisinage, accès et utilisation salle de sport et sauna, comportement à la piscine... Faire respecter le RI et favoriser civisme des résidents seront le défi de l'équipe pour le futur.
