Relax by the large pool, which is available to you at any time, or easily set out to explore Guadeloupe and enjoy the beautiful white-sand beaches less than a 10-minute drive away. A small shopping centre, supermarkets, restaurants, and excursion options are all nearby.

This small, brand-new, fully comfortable apartment—completely renovated in 2023—is designed for 2 people. It features a lovely outdoor terrace overlooking a large shared pool with the owners living in the villa across the way, who will be sure to be discreet during your stay. Inside, a cozy little living area and a fully equipped kitchen will ensure you have a wonderful time. The air-conditioned bedroom, featuring a double bed (160 cm wide), includes a lovely small bathroom and storage space for your belongings.

You’ll be staying in a quiet, rural setting. You can park your car easily and for free on the street and access your accommodation through the gate. The pool is available to you at any time, and you’re welcome to participate in the aqua aerobics classes offered if you’d like. Your accommodations are entirely for your exclusive use. The villa located on the property is private; you will not have access to it. The owners, who work in the restaurant business, will be happy to welcome you to their restaurant located on the tourist route in Saint-François.

We’d also like to let you know that the villa’s owners have three adorable little dogs (Pacha, Easy, and Ti Coca) who spend most of their time in the backyard. The two cats (Craquotte and Oréa) may also come by and ask for cuddles from time to time.

A concierge will be on hand to welcome you, show you around the property, and answer any questions you may have. She will also serve as your primary point of contact during your stay, should you need anything.
