The apartment offers private terraces, both covered and uncovered, with views of the mountains and the sea, providing all the comforts of home.  
  
You can enjoy a shared, recently renovated saltwater infinity pool, which is gentler on the skin. The property includes communal gardens with step-free access.  
  
Private parking with an electric car charger is available exclusively for guests for an additional fee. Pets are allowed for an extra charge per stay. Please note that smoking, barbecues, and events are not permitted, and you must respect the community and house rules.  
  
The apartment is located right in front of Platja del Salatar beach and its beautiful promenade, with easy walking access to the Citadel and the town center. You will enjoy an exceptional location, with the Albera mountain range behind, surrounded by excellent gastronomy, wines, art, culture, and stunning landscapes.
