WIFI did not work, uncomfortable beds, old carpet
The best things about this hotel are the helpful staff and proximity to the Metro. I booked this trip six months in advance and requested a high floor with a view; however, when I arrived, the room was unacceptable. It faced a brick wall and the beds were hard as rocks. They moved us to a second room with the same exact hard beds and a partially obstructed view. It also hard a hard-wood floor with an overwhelming smell of wood floor cleaner that gave me an instant headache. I asked them to move us once more and the third room was the smallest, but it had a nice view of the neighborhood. The carpet was stained and almost as hard as the wood floors in the previous room and the bathroom was ridiculously small. I was so tired after the intercontinental flight, I decided to suck it up and stay in the room. I asked them to replace the mattress.

Our Wifi works quite good for Italian standard, unfortunately during the stay of this Guest there was a problem on the network due to updating on the line from the company that provides us the service, so we are sorry for a few days slow internet. The Carpet is not old, we have changed it only 7 years ago ... not sure how to reply to the comment that the carpet is hard to walk on ... this is the first time that I hear that can be hard to walk on a carpet ... we may have to change it with the roman stones ;-)
