Rooms were old and distressed. First room the sink did not drain in bathroom- so, moved to another where most of the lights did not work and there were 3 single beds instead of a full bed. Finally last room was ok - old furniture.

Given the rather remote location away from mass transit, the only way of exploring any attractions is by taxi. There were no travel services except for a shuttle service to Rome. This hotel is NOT set up for tourists. The shuttle service operator spoke limited English as a result I missed the assigned pick up point to return on my round shuttle ticket. My fault. I played 9 holes and again the staff was unspportive or welcoming. The course was ok but in need of better signage for going to the next hole.

The front desk team was very helpful throughout our stay. excellent service. The team that managed the breakfast area was awesome, very helpful. Sabrina and Catherina were awesome throughout our stay. Very customer focused.
