We had a group of six couple staying here pre-cruise. The front desk staff were very engaging and efficient. The small bar area took care of all of our guest needs each afternoon and evening. We all stayed tonight and it was an easy walk to great restaurants. This is an older property but it was well-maintained the bedding was comfortable. We will recommend to other travel partners

Canada Hotel in Rome
Very nice property walkable to train station. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and gave us an upgrade to a 2 room suite with a very comfortable king bed. The add on breakfast was only 9 euros which included eggs meats cheeses abundant pastries cereals fresh fruits and cappuccinos or coffees of your choice. It is not a great area for walking to see the sites I of Rome

Nice and close to the train terminal and to buses and metro. Several nice restaurants close by. Streets were well lit, making you feel safe when walking in the evening. The hotel staff were exceptional - very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and a great size with a comfortable king bed. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others staying in Rome who are travelling by train.

Location is as good as it gets. Close to Termini station. Staff were OK. I thought they could have assisted more with luggage. The room is a good size, and generally speaking it's clean. But there were two major problems with the room: 1. There was no safe in the room 2. There was a leak in the shower/bath, then when you took a shower, water would seep under the shower screen and wet the floors. It remains unsafe. Lastly, it can get very humid especially as you leave your room with a key, the air conditioner stops. And the room struggles to cope.
