Very clean, friendly staff, excellent location if you want to be close to the main square. Excellent cappuccino and pastries available for breakfast.

All was professional. There were no demands made upon them and everything was pretty much as it should be.
Cons: The meanness at breakfast surprised me given the style and price of the hotel. I did not appreciate being charged for a second cup of coffee.
