It has 4 bedrooms with 1 king and 3 queen beds and 2 full bathrooms. Over 1,400 square feet for you to enjoy including a spacious living room, deck and fenced in backyard. Relax in a safe neighborhood. We are only 1 block from restaurants and stores, and 2 blocks from Super Target. Pets are allowed in the house with prior approval and paid pet fee. We also have many additional houses downtown if this one is full.

The house was everything we needed for our weekend in Rochester. The house is located near shopping and restaurants. Jessica was quick to reply to questions. The house was exactly as described.
