The property is brand new located on the highway. The windows are not sound proof could hear cars and construction activities. Room service opened the door without knocking whilst I was a sleep. The airfreshner they are using is very sharp causing discomfort. Especially if you are allergic or sensitive. The hotel and amenties were new and clean. Vallet parking guy was helpful to get me a taxi.

Don't book at this hotel

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in anywhere else. At my arrival to hotel, the receptionist informed me that their system doesn't show my reservation. I showed him the proof of my booking and the payment but he didn't allow me to have a room without paying him in cash. As they don't accept credit cards.I wasted long time trying to explain to him but he was not cooperating. Eventually I paid for the 2 nights without getting a refund of the money I've already paid. He was not helpful in giving me a receipt for my payment. He refused to give me a contact of the person in charge so I can speak and try to resolve the issue. It was really unpleasant and frustration 3 days I encountered at this hotel. I noticed a gentleman (non-Arabic speaker) at that time struggling with the receptionist because of the language barrier. It turned up he was in same situation as me. His booking proof was not accepted, and faced the same problem.
