The owner lives next door and available should one require assistance. The unit is a well planned small home conversion utilizing the available space extremely well. The conversion was very well done resulting in a well appointed apartment with all the necessary appliances . The unit was very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. We were in town for an all-night softball tournament, so only used the house for about 5 hours of sleep before heading home, but the beds were very soft and comfortable, the house was clean, and it had a lot of personality! The outdoor patio was cute, the garden looked amazing, and my daughter loved seeing the Jersey cows in the back stable!
