Offers a two-story floor plan with a bedroom and bath on the first floor, enclosed screen porch, central air conditioning, wireless internet, W/D, 4 TV's with cable, off-street parking for two cars plus two Rehoboth Beach parking permits, . . . all in a smoke free environment! No pets please. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent. Guests pay a $100 cleaning fee with each stay. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). Our only complaint was they would not let us charge our car there at first, but they did later in our stay. I assume they figured out how little power it costs to charge a car on a trickle charger from a wall outlet.
