Disgusting Hotel

Dirty sheets had to have them replaced before we could even sleep. TV did not work in the WiFi was not available where our room was. Staff was crabby and Office was dirty all the buildings were not well-maintained. Would never go here again or recommend anyone.

At the desk person = rude. Sidewalk in front of door debris . Microwave didn't work - poor thin towels - no towels in the pool area so used our room towels. Looks like they tried to clean the room with new bed spreads and carpet but = dirty windows and window sill = poor overall poor. Maybe you get what you pay for $105 =

Nice hotel very quiet

I was staying at this hotel as it was the closest I could get to Pepin Wisconsin which is where I was going. It was a very clean and quiet hotel. The beds were very comfortable.

Handy location

Basic motel, nothing fancy. Allow pets, room had an unusual smell, not sure if those two details are related. Would be a great place if traveling with pets. I felt it was over priced!

Nice room, with refrige and microwave. Used the pool and hot tub, nice. The desk clerk could of been more helpful. The breakfast was not much to speak of. A few bananas and hard rolls.

Cons: The walls don't have much insulation, so noises from adjacent rooms are annoying.
Location: It's located close to downtown Redwing.
I couldn't get the WiFi to work and the person at the front desk wasn't able to help.

Avoid at all costs

It started when I called the day of to see if we could cancel our reservation. The person on the phone told me I would have to call Expedia in order to cancel. So we decided to just go to the hotel. When we arrived, I was told they DID cancel my room, and would not allow me to get another. (The parking lot was almost completely empty, so there was no shortage of rooms) I kept a civil (albeit frustrated) head as I was told I would have to call Expedia and was given no answer when I asked if I would get a refund or when if I had been charged. I left when the order began yelling at me, including yelling "f*** you* as I opened the door. DO NOT STAY HERE. This is all before even mentioning that the entire facility is in horrible condition.
