The Hideaway at Creekside Cottage in Springfield, Mo  
(Please read the entire description carefully. This is a private, walkout basement of owner’s home, not a whole separate home. Owner lives upstairs with locked door between levels and your own private entrance.)  
Beautiful Private Suite with Separate Outside Entrance!  
You must see this lovely home away from home, just waiting for medical professionals to enjoy. Some of the features are:  
• Idyllic setting on 1.6 acres with small private lake, creek with swimming hole and cute bridge, just minutes from US 65 and Sunshine St. Only 10-15 minutes to Mercy Hospital or to Cox Hospitals  
• Many local places to walk  
• Large parking area with designated parking space  
• Covered walk to entry door  
• Private entrance with electronic lock  
• Patio with a grill, table and chairs for dining al fresco.  
• Additional covered patio with four extra comfy chairs for you to enjoy a cup of coffee on a warm morning, or a glass of wine to unwind after a long shift at work.  
• Huge living room with lots of windows and natural light, a large TV, gaming or dining table, comfy sofa, love seat and big chair with ottoman. (Shared space)  
• Full size kitchen with stove, dishwasher, large fridge with your own shelf, microwave, and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware you will need. We even included a stocked spice rack, in case you feel like whipping up a gourmet dinner! (Shared space)  
• Gorgeous live edge walnut bar with 4 bar stools for dining or just talking to the cook  
• Full size laundry room with washer and dryer and your own dedicated extra shelves for any storage you may have need of. (Shared space)  
Now for the features of your own, private space;  
• The Blue Room Suite has comfortable queen size bed with 3”gelfoam mattress topper for a restful night’s sleep  
• Large leather, channel back chair with soft throw blanket and pillow to just relax and read a book, if you ever get the time off!  
• Wonderful electric fireplace for instant ambience. You can turn on the heat too, if you want to be REALLY cozy with that book.  
• TV with Netflix provided and internet access for you to use your own accounts, if desired.  
• Two chests of drawers to store a lot of clothes  
• Blinds AND blackout curtains for those night shift workers that need to sleep in the day  
• Full 48” closet  
• Ceiling fan, white noise machine, and USB charger provided  
• Digital door lock so that you can come and go and know that no one can come into your room.  
• Large private bathroom with double sinks and beautiful tile work in the shower, full linen closet, and towels, all to yourself!  
• Curtain to close off the hallway making this whole end of the house into your own, private suite.  
Rent by the Bedroom for single occupancy. Or rent the entire 3/2 for increased amount and have it all to yourself.

Please note that this is a room in a whole basement. There is another bedroom which may also be rented by another nurse. She will have her own set up with a private, locking room and her own bathroom on the other side of the house.
