Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and spacious. There needs to be some care and some renovations to take care of wear and tear. It’s definitely a popular place for families and seems everyone loved the pool! Would stay again.

Best value in Prince Albert ! The nicest front desk clerk I have seen in years. Her name was Pmatibba and she actually made you feel special and welcome as a customer. Hopefully management will recognize her !

Room looked onto a jail. Lots of loitering in the area in general, felt unsafe, especially returning to the hotel at night. Rooms need major upgrading. Staff were friendly and Ted breakfast was good.

While the lady at the front desk was very nice, the hotel needed improvement in the cleaning department- a lot of garbage in hallway and parking lot, dirty carpets in lobby and elevator, and there were NO towels in our room at all.

People smoke and eat outside main reception door and then throw all their garbage on the ground. Makes for a bad first impression
