A well cared for and comfortable home, in Portland’s popular Munjoy Hill & Eastern Promenade area. Ideal for family & friends, a special occasion, relaxing getaway or team business trip. Portland's charm offers many markets, award winning restaurants & activities to choose from. Shop The Old Port & Downtown Portland which are within walking distance. Freeport Outlets, LL Bean and The Maine Mall are a short drive away. Enjoy Portland's downtown art district and the waterfront walking trail which is just 2 minutes away. It's just a short drive to the coast with beautiful beaches & scenic lighthouses. Also a block away is the Eastern Promenade with it's spectacular views of Portland Harbor and Casco Bay.

The apartment feels like home & maintains architectural features of the past. Both smaller and larger groups will love the spacious floor layout and we go above and beyond to provide you with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you need.
It has an updated eat-in kitchen, large separate dining room, spacious living room with flat screen tv, 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Wifi is included. Some additional notes:

1) Off street parking is available upon request. There is free street parking in the neighborhood that may be challenging to find during the busier summer months.
2) Our units sleep 6 in beds and up to 8 with an air mattress that we supply.
3) Because of increasing costs, we have an additional per person charge or guests that exceed 5 people. We do this because of the rising costs of laundry, utilities and general wear and tear.

Great place to stay and great location

Everything on VRBO is accurate. Perfect location, clean, family-friendly and the check in process was easy. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portland.

Great weekend in Portland

The apartment was great, very clean, exactly as appeared in the pictures. Great location. It was comfortable, tons of space, two nice bathrooms. Worked out great.

Lovely fall visit to Portland

The property is lovely, all on one floor and well laid out for a quiet visit. Nice kitchen and a living room separated enough for those early risers to have coffee without waking others.

Amazing location

We loved our stay. Perfect spot just a block from the eastern prom park, Rosemont bakery, and restaurants. Nick was very accommodating and easy to work with!

It was great overall. I had a problem with the check in process . Don't know what happened exactly but did not receive the final information about check in code then could not reach the host at first . When I did reach him he immediately gave me the code and then came by in person to make sure all was fine

Very nice place and great location. Like having the little coffee shops within walking distance.

We were in Portland for my daughter’s graduation. Had a very nice weekend trying different restaurants and enjoying lobster rolls.

All Around Greatest

Super location. So close and easy to get to many places. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out a little. Paying for driveway parking was so worth it especially when coming home after a long day of sight seeing. Nick is so responsive to all inquiries. All around great stay.

Clean and spacious!

Not only was this rental clean and spacious, it was in such a great location - we really couldn't have asked for anything more! The waterfront is visible from the end of the street - boats and food trucks were out each day down by the water. Super convenient Rosemont Market just a block away for all the essentials. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome time spent in portland

Great location and wonderful property owner. We could not have had a better arrangement for two kids under two and 4 adults. Definitely will book again as this was the perfect setup.

Great location close to Promenade

The apartment is just as pictured. Very clean, cute neighborhood, easy access to shops and restaurants. Definitely consider the paid parking because there are so many street parkers even in off season. The kitchen is well set up with pots and pans, silverware, glasses etc. Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels. Very easy to get in touch with landlord with questions. Great idea lace!

Lovely quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from a lovely park on the waterfront! Great restaurants nearby and excellent gourmet market. Easy walk to Old Town. Rental unit has everything you need!

With appreciation...

So happy that I did not pass this one up...the home was gorgeous, comfortable, close to the water, and exactly what was listed. Nick was very responsive, honest, and answered my many questions. Our family's first visit to Portland to celebrate with my daughter for her white coat ceremony at UNE was one to remember. From waking up early to get some Holy Donuts, cheering on the local hockey team, meeting a wonderful florist, walking next to the ocean, and having an owl in the tree right outside our door made this trip so memorable. If looking to stay in Portland, do yourself a favor and book this home. You will be so happy you did!

Wonderful Home...Great Location!

I highly recommend this property. The location is really terrific. Very convenient to so many things! Things such as a nice sandy beach, kayak and bike rentals, very fine dining (we love the Front Room!), tennis and pickleball, boat rentals and excursions, LL Bean and so many more things. The owner is awesome and exceptionally responsive. My whole family loved the experience.

Perfect Place for a Group Gathering

This apartment was great for our group of six. There was plenty of space, everything worked great, and Nick was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and accommodating and I would be happy to have this rental again in the future. The location on Munjoy Hill is very convenient to ocean views from the Eastern Promenade, and the nearby local businesses have everything you need. I definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Portland!

Nice rental

We had a great time and this rental was very clean. The host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. My only tiny complaint is that the bedroom radiator was really loud (as they tend to be) and I am a light sleeper, so they kept me up. Not any fault of the rental, just is what it is. 15 minute walk to everything. Lovely, overall.
