The Space:

Discover a private retreat in SW Portland with urban conveniences. As you enter this studio apartment, you are welcomed by a stylish, modern design beautifully complemented by a cozy ambiance that sets the stage for relaxation.



Central to the apartment is the kitchenette. It comes with a built-in stovetop and full-sized fridge for all your fresh groceries, a handy microwave for quick meals, and an electric kettle for your daily brews. We've even provided a Keurig machine, perfect for kick-starting your mornings with a cup of Joe.



The living area is home to a smart TV, offering the perfect backdrop for winding down after a day spent exploring the vibrant city of Portland. Wi-Fi is provided, and streaming apps may be used with your own accounts.



Your comfort is our priority, and as such, the studio features Cadet heating and window AC. Whether you visit during the summer's heat or winter's chill, you'll find an inviting space waiting for you indoors.



The bathroom has a tile shower with a glass door.



What's more, the apartment also features an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.



While the studio offers a private stay, lively Multnomah Village is nearby for a taste of local city life. It's an extraordinary place to experience Portland, offering you the freedom to explore at your pace and always welcoming you back to your own space.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
