First; there’s an adorable old English bulldog by the name of Twinkie. He loves everyone, but does not jump up. Our room was the “swanky suite”, and very lovely - loads of pillows on a gorgeous wrought iron bed, French windows straight onto the garden, which is fab-u-lous at night, with lamps like fairyland, at the same time extremely private. The bathroom is small and beautifully formed, I love the backsplash on the vanity. Breakfast is buffet style continental, although for an extra charge cooked breakfasts are available. It should be noted that there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but the tv is humongous and has Hulu, Netflix and prime. We enjoyed it so much we tried to book for next month, but the whole place was booked for a birthday. This place is deservedly popular!
