We had elevator problems, but Pristine Properties was quick to send out help. Also the a/c was not consistent with some rooms very cold and some rooms too warm. Trash all over neighborhood and picking it up everyday, not fun! Neighborhood needs major cleanup! Over grown bushes and trees and weeds! Burnt house not good! Construction on other side, not good! We had a beautiful week and do appreciate you renting out your home to us. The above things are the only reasons I would give it a 4 star instead of 5 star rating.
