(Spoke to Sha & Ms. Neo) The hotel refused to refund any of the costs when contacted by hotels.com. Wi-fi connection was bad. Not enjoyable at all. No lift. Staff quite friendly. i booked for double-queen room and the room is okay. Water shower / wash basin flow not so good. Night time the sorrounded area were very noisy until 3am. Alots of cafe and pubs at the ground floor. The hotel was very nice..the staffs,rooms,and all. Until u reach late night where there is a disco or club something like that keep on playing loud music and of course this really disturbed ur nice sleep time. The club is just on the first lvl below my room.Should improve this. But it was easy to fimd food e.g. McDonalds, Kenny Rogers, Starbucks & a local food court. Room is clean but the design is different from other premises. Lobby is situated in a different block.
