"Checked in without an issue. Had problems with cleanliness in the room we were offered. Called the front desk and were bumped up to a nicer room right away. Bellhop was at our door with the new key in minutes. We asked if he wanted to see our concerns and he said no. We did show him one thing on our small list as it was comical . He had a laugh and showed us to our free upgrade. Everything was great with the exception of the dried blood all over the shower curtain. Looked like it had been there for a while. Didnt make a fuss about this. Location is great, staff are friendly. Hotel is dated, but reliable. Apparently they are dog friendly too, or so we heard. Something to consider if you need it!"
