You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Studio Phenix at first floor

Cocooning suite of 20 m2 in a green property of 1600 m2, we are 5 minutes from downtown Landerneau and 15 minutes from Guipavas airport.   
The entrance is completely independent, with private parking in the garden, direct access to the garage, upstairs you find your living room and large private bathroom. Renovation in July 2019 in contemporary style.  
In a residential area, ideal for a moment of tranquility.
