« Regarding the 4BR Close to St Charles Avenue:The condo was very clean throughout. Street parking was always available in front of the building and safe. The washer and dryer were a great benefit. It is an easy walk to St. Charles Ave to catch the trolley or other public transportation, restaurants, and Walgreens for basic needs. There is a coffee stand next door only open on weekends or a few others within walking distance.The back bedrooms are very noisy at night from the stairwell and...

« The first night we stayed there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, which of course was annoying. But our biggest surprise came the next day when we discovered a very large cockroach on the ceiling in the living room. This left us feeling our food was vulnerable and we put everything in the refrigerator. We paid far too much money to deal with these issues. »

« We could not have had a better Host. Ray was awesome from the first time I messaged him with questions long before our trip to New Orleans til we actually left for home. He provided lots of information and his place was less than 10 minutes walking distance to Bourbon street and maybe 20 minutes to the waterfront His apartment was very clean and perfect for our party of 3 »

« Great location! Nice place with everything you need for a wonderful stay, including washer/dryer. It was great to have a reserved, safe spot to park our car as we walked or took the streetcar to most events. Great food and breakfast places around the corner. NOLA can get a little loud at night but we had it covered as we always bring a white noise machine to drown it out and it worked! Sam was easy to contact and we'd recommend this apt to everyone! »

« We had a fantastic stay. The penthouse was a perfect set up for our family of 6. It was clean and in a great location. We would highly recommend staying here. »

« No central air/heat. Had small air/heat units inn bedrooms and LR. The TV in one of the bedrooms didn't work. We ran out of hot water after the first night. The living room looked like it was furnished from Goodwill or picked up on the side of the road. This was the worst unit I had ever stayed in. Will never rent this unit again. »

« Excellent location and a very nice unit, but unfortunately we had another family walk in on us one day while we were relaxing due to an error on the owners behalf. I have never had this happen before. This left an unsettling feeling for the rest of the trip and certainly got that family off on the wrong foot. Unfortunately this is why I cannot givr the place more than 3 stars. Hopefully this gets corrected. »
