We visited NOLA for Mardi Gras and had a blast! This condo was everything promised and more! The condo itself was beautiful and the location cannot be beat. The balcony was our favorite part! Communication with hosts was excellent and property was as advertised; just short 5-minute walk to French Quarter, but still outside the main craziness (and thus MUCH easier to catch an Uber or streetcar to/from other parts of the city).
