1\. \*\*Parties and Noise\*\*: Large parties or events are not allowed. Small celebrations are fine but must be communicated in advance. Noise must be minimized between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violations may result in a $500 fine and possible eviction.  
  
2\. \*\*No Smoking\*\*: Smoking is not permitted inside. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the backyard ashtray. Smoking indoors will incur a $2,000 fine.  
  
3\. \*\*No Pets\*\*: Pets are not allowed due to guest sensitivities. A $300 fee will be charged for deep cleaning if evidence of an unauthorized pet is found.  
  
4\. \*\*Unregistered Guests\*\*: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional visitors must be communicated in advance and are limited. Unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per person.  
  
5\. \*\*Liability\*\*: The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. The host is also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. By accepting this reservation, guests assume all risks.  
  
6\. \*\*Check-In/Out\*\*: Early check-ins and late check-outs require prior approval. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 for every half hour.  
  
7\. \*\*Children\*\*: Children are welcome with the following conditions:  
\- Must be supervised by an adult at all times  
\- Guests are responsible for any necessary baby proofing  
\- Guests must inspect any provided child items, as the host does not check these for liability reasons. Guests assume full responsibility for their use.  
  
8\. \*\*Furniture\*\*: Please do not rearrange the furniture.  
  
9\. \*\*Makeup Removal\*\*: Use black washcloths for makeup removal.  
  
10\. \*\*Toilets\*\*: Only flush toilet paper.

12\. \*\*Security Devices\*\*: Do not tamper with outdoor cameras or noise devices. Unplugging these will result in immediate eviction without a refund.  
  
13\. \*\* Mac Miller Mural\*\* This artwork holds special significance for us, and we kindly ask for your help in preserving it. If you have children with you, we would greatly appreciate your assistance in supervising them near this area to prevent any accidental damage. Any damage could result in repair costs of $500 to $1,000, for which guest(s) will be liable.

\- Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violations may result in a $500 fine and eviction without refund.

We had a great stay! We love old houses with great staircases and original details. We were coming to see the Warhol museum and the decor and artwork were a big bonus. Would definitely come again! I’m n street parking was not an issue during our 4th of July booking. Agent was very responsive

#### Happy with Everything

Our recent stay at this vacation rental was nothing short of amazing! To ensure a safe and enjoyable trip, we baby-proofed the entire house and equipped ourselves with all the necessary items. Our host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure that all our needs were met. They even had special items that helped us upon arrival! We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful touch of using plastic glasses instead of regular glassware, and the kids had their own dishes, which really helped to put our minds at ease with the kids running around. Moreover, the option to set up baby gates provided us with an added layer of security. While parking could be a tad inconvenient at times, it was a small price to pay for the luxury of staying in such a fantastic home. We would definitely consider coming back to this vacation rental again!
