A really comfortable base that fits perfectly to families or 3 couples who wish to stay in Pietrasanta, both during the summer holidays with the beaches that can easily be reached by bike from the center, but also for weekends throughout the year since Pietrasanta offers really many cultural events of value in all seasons. On the ground floor the apartment has a small and charming private internal court divided between a relaxation area with a table and chairs and a laundry area where there is also a dishwasher. Going up to the first floor we find the entrance to the apartment that leads directly into the large living room with dining area and sitting area. On the right passing through a hallway there is a large modern bathroom with shower and in front of the master bedroom. Continuing along the corridor leads to the classic Tuscan style kitchen with well-appointed white marble cladding and a dishwasher and a small terrace overlooking the courtyard. To the left of the living room are the two double bedrooms, both of very generous sizes that can be converted into a double bed. The first room overlooks the internal courtyard while the other overlooks Via Stagio Stagi. Air conditioning in the living area, wi-fi internet, 2 bicycles available to guests of the apartment. Very pleasant shower in a spacious bathroom and eventhough only one bathroom, we did not seem to notice.Outdoor dining space downstairs peaceful and cool.Location was exactly what we wanted; on one of the main streets towards the Piatza with so much energy and activity giving the full Italian bustly town experience. Easy access to all eateries and shops and walking distance to everything. Quite in the apartment when windows closed if preferred.
