Other Things to Note:
This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Please note that pool heating is provided as a complimentary amenity but may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. While the pool typically heats well during the day, temperatures may drop at night due to natural cooling. The hottub will not heat to 100+ when outside temps fall below 50.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.

A ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor REAL occupancy and for emergency situations only. There are also cameras placed to monitor the exterior side access gates on each side of the home.

Property includeds a Minut noise alert monitoring systems in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
